Our games use Google Play Games Services for authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account. We are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account.
We maintain global leaderboards for competitive play. You agree not to use cheats, exploits, automation software, hacks, or any unauthorized third-party tools to manipulate scores or game data. We reserve the right to remove scores and ban accounts that violate fair play standards.
All content in our games — including but not limited to graphics, animations, sounds, music, game mechanics, and code — is owned by Nomageddon Interactive LLC and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The Chomp Arena name, logo, and characters are trademarks of Nomageddon Interactive LLC.
Our games display user-chosen display names on leaderboards. You agree not to use display names that are offensive, misleading, or infringe on the rights of others. We reserve the right to remove or modify inappropriate display names.
We strive to keep our games and services available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any game or feature at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any loss of data or progress resulting from service interruptions.
Our games are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nomageddon Interactive LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our games.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our games after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
